   * Fix the QML module dependencies (closes: #1089101, #1142265). The
     hand-maintained list was both incomplete (missing QtCore,
     QtMultimedia, QtQuick, QtQuick.Layouts, QtQuick.Shapes and
     QtQuick.Window, so the application failed to start) and listed
     qml6-module-qtgraphicaleffects, which does not exist in Debian and
     made the package uninstallable on all architectures. Nothing in the
     source imports GraphicalEffects. Generate the list at build time with
     dh_qmldeps. Since the plugins have their QML in compiled-in resources
     where qmlimportscanner cannot see it, point dh_qmldeps at the QML in
     the source tree via debian/webcamoid.qmlfiles, and resolve the modules
     this package registers from C++ via debian/qmldeps.overrides.
   * Configure with -DUPDATE_TRANSLATIONS=OFF (closes: #1046833) so it
     doesn't run lupdate which alters upstream source file thus breaking a
     rebuild due to changed source files. The remaining lrelease run
     still compiles the shipped .ts files into .qm files.
   * Patch simdcore-neon-armhf-mfpu.patch builds the NEON SIMD plugin with
     -mfpu=neon on 32 bit ARM, fixing the armhf FTBFS. (NEON is not in the
     Debian armhf baseline, so without the flag GCC refuses to inline the
     intrinsics in akneon.h. The other SimdCore plugins already passed their
     own -m flags.
   * Weaken dependency webcamoid-data to ${source:Version} so the package
     can be binNMU'd
   * Wildcard the multiarch directory in webcamoid-plugins lintian
     overrides so they match all architectures
   * The build now succeeds with LTO (closes: #1015701).
   * Bump to debhelper 14 and drop the redundant control fields.
   * Add autopkgtests, both a superficial command line check, and a "smoke
     test" that starts the GUI under Xvfb and fails if the QML engine
     reports a missing module to catch module dependency bugs.
