     unavailable python3-dll-a crate.
   * Re-enable the abi3-py314 autopkgtest now that Python 3.14 is the default.
   * Drop the unused ui_test development dependency; its only consumers are
     excluded from the crates.io archive.
   * Update copyright information for current upstream licensing.
