   * Lower rust-version to 1.96 and relax platform-info, rust_decimal, uom,
     nix, assert_cmd and insta-cmd dependencies
   * Install the helper scripts with their plot_utils module in
     /usr/share/hyperfine-scripts, symlinked from /usr/bin
