   * Team upload.

   * Drop old Breaks.
   * Drop Multi-Arch: same; there are conflicts.
   * Bump debhelper-compat to 14, dropping ${misc:Depends},
     ${shlibs:Depends}, and ${ruby:Depends} from runtime dependencies.
   * Update Standards-Version to 4.7.4.
   * Drop the rugged version patch; ruby-rugged 1.9 satisfies the
     upstream bound.
   * Accept Minitest 6 and Mocha 3, keeping the existing floors.
   * Run the tests against the packaged libraries.
   * Enable the test suite.
   * Generate the classifier database during the build.
   * Update the package description.
   * Update the github-linguist and git-linguist manpages.
   * Refresh the copyright file.
   * Update the watch file for the dfsg repack.
   * Replace the non-free makeinfo fixture.
   * Load Linguist data from the installed gem when lib/ is absent.
   * Build-Depend on ruby-yajl (>= 1.4).
   * Read the generated tokenizer after ext/ is moved aside.
