   * debian/watch (Repack-Suffix): Use +ds instead of +dfsg.
   * debian/patches/system-eigen.patch: Remove now unnecessary hunk.
   * debian/patches/private-libs.patch: New; patch the build system as the
     library installation dir is hardcoded.
   * debian/patches/typos.patch: Add another spelling fix.
   * debian/control (Build-Depends): Remove unnecessary libtorch-dev
     (blocks testing migration), pybuild-plugin-pyproject and
     python3-setuptools (we are not building the Python modules as they
     depend on modules not available in Debian).
     (Depends): Remove substvars.
   * debian/rules (override_dh_auto_install): Additionally delete
     relion_trace_amyloids.py, depends on unavailable python3-starfile.
     Move the GUI library to the -gui package.
     (DEB_LDFLAGS_MAINT_APPEND): Define to -Wl,-rpath,/usr/lib/relion.
     (CONFIGURE_COMMON): Pass -DBUILD_SHARED_LIBS=ON; this greatly reduces
     the packages' size.  Remove -DCMAKE_POLICY_VERSION_MINIMUM.
     (CFLAGS, CXXFLAGS): Remove, unnecessary.
     (override_dh_python3): New; pass --no-ext-rename.
     (override_dh_shlibdeps): New; pass appropriate -l/-L options.
   * debian/relion.install: Add entry for the library.
   * debian/relion-gui.install: Likewise.
   * debian/copyright: Delete EPL license and its stanza; the files were
     removed upstream.  Update copyright years.
