   * Acknowledge NMU 4.17-3.1. Thanks to Adrian Bunk.
   * debian/control:
       - Bumped debhelper compat level to 14. The obsolete dependency
         substvars are handled automatically by debhelper now.
       - Bumped Standards-Version to 4.7.4.
       - Removed the redundant Priority and Rules-Requires-Root fields.
   * debian/copyright: updated packaging copyright years.
   * debian/patches/0003-fix-potential-buffer-overflow-in-config-file-parsing.patch:
     renamed from 0001 and added the Applied-Upstream metadata.
   * debian/proxychains4-daemon.1: added to document the remote DNS daemon.
   * debian/source/lintian-overrides: added to override the OpenPGP signature
     check (upstream does not sign the releases) and the maintainer-manual-page
     warnings. The manpages are kept in debian/.
   * debian/watch: bumped to the new format version 5.
