     - Add Build-Depends on dh-sequence-pkgkde-symbolshelper.
     - Bump libsecp256k1-6 to libsecp256k1-7.
     - Bump the Standards-Version from 4.7.3 to 4.7.4, no changes needed.
     - Bump debhelper-compat from version 13 to 14, removing the now-unnecessary
       ${misc:Pre-Depends}, ${misc:Depends}, ${shlibs:Depends}, and
       ${devlibs:Depends}.
   * debian/copyright:  Refactor and update for the new upstream release.
   * debian/libsecp256k1-7.symbols:  Update for new upstream release.
   * debian/libsecp256k1-7.lintian-overrides:  Update for new upstream release.
   * debian/libsecp256k1-dev.install:  Refactor based on dropping the manual use
     of d-shlibmove.
   * debian/not-installed:  Drop wildcard to be more explicit about which file is
     not installed.
   * debian/rules:
     - Add "export DPKG_GENSYMBOLS_CHECK_LEVEL=4".
     - Remove "--with pkgkde_symbolshelper", now handled by debian/control.
     - Remove custom d-shlibmove, now handled by debhelper.
