   * Team upload.
   * New upstream release.
   * Upgrade upstream signing key to new packet format.
   * CI: update/simplify configuration.
   * Update the build dependencies according to the upstream build system:
     - drop unneeded: pkgconf
   * Drop the explicit pkg-kde-tools build dependency, not needed because of
     dh-sequence-kf6, etc.
   * Update the patches:
     - disable-build-test-using-network.patch: refresh
   * Update symbols file from the logs of buildds.
   * Add the dh-sequence-pkgkde-symbolshelper build dependency to use
     symbolshelper, needed for subst symbols in symbols file.
