   * Team upload.
   * New upstream release.
   * Remove obsolete field Name from debian/upstream/metadata (already present in
     machine-readable debian/copyright).
   * Replace FSF postal address with a reference to
     https://www.gnu.org/licenses/.
   * Upgrade upstream signing key to new packet format.
   * CI: update/simplify configuration.
   * Bump the debhelper compatibility to 14:
     - bump the debhelper-compat build dependency to 14
     - drop the ${shlibs:Depends}, and ${misc:Depends} substvars
   * Update the build dependencies according to the upstream build system:
     - drop unused/unneeded: libkf6baloo-dev, libphonon4qt6-dev, and
       libphonon4qt6experimental-dev
   * Switch the -DGWENVIEW_SEMANTICINFO_BACKEND_NONE=true cmake option (which
     sets an internal variable) to -DGWENVIEW_SEMANTICINFO_BACKEND=None (which
     uses the proper public variable).
