   * Team upload.
   * Fix FTBFS: drop rust/Cargo.lock at build time (d/rules) and let cargo
     resolve against /usr/share/cargo/registry, instead of keeping the lock
     file in sync with the librust-*-dev versions by hand.
     (Closes: #1143288)
   * Drop lock.patch, no longer needed.
   * d/source/options: ignore the removal of rust/Cargo.lock.
