   * Declare compliance with Policy 4.7.4, drop the implied Priority: optional.
   * Switch back to debhelper-compat now that debhelper 14 is out.
   * Add the year 2026 to my debian/* copyright notice.
   * New upstream release:
     - drop the cppcheck patch
     - drop the test-xdotool, test-xvfb-display, and void-proto patches,
       integrated upstream
   * Salsa CI:
     - disable the build-all and build-any jobs
     - add a `debputy reformat` test job
     - also test the nocheck build profile
