   * Fix so high scores are not overwritten at reinstall (closes: #1135786).
     - Add build dependency on dh-exec
     - Adjust sopwith.install to install hiscores.txt.default not hiscores.txt
     - Adjust sopwith.postinst to create hiscores.txt only if it does not exist
     - Add sopwith.postrm to remove hiscores.txt when the package is purged
     - Remove now-unused file debian/sopwith.lintian-overrides
