Hence scotchpy only runs reliably with libscotch_64i.so (-DINTSIZE=64 -DIDXSIZE=64). The cmake variable may be configured but for simplicity the python variable is currently hard-coded to "_64i" on 64-bit systems. Depends: libscotch-64i-dev, libptscotch-64i-dev (on 64-bit systems) * skip testMesh2, which segfaults more often than not. See upstream issue #9.
