 .
   * New upstream development release.
   * Switch watch file to the unstable releases.
   * Switch Vcs-* fields to the 'experimental' packaging branch.
   * Update the patches:
     - debian_paths.diff: refresh
     - Utils-do-not-assert-on-unknown-unhandled-architectur.patch: refresh
   * Update the build dependencies according to the upstream build system:
     - bump Qt packages to 6.8.3
   * Convert watch file to v5.
   * Repack the upstream tarball to remove some embedded code copies that are
     already not used (in favour of system versions), to avoid using them
     accidentally:
     - drop bzip2, googletest, libarchive, xz, yaml-cpp, zlib, and qbs via
       Files-Excluded in copyright; also drop files of them in copyright
     - drop the references to removed libraries from qt_attributions.json;
       patch debian_repack.diff
     - add +ds suffix to the version
     - add repack options in watch file
