   * d/control: Bump to debhelper compat 13.
   * d/control: Update Standards-Version to 4.7.4 (no changes needed).
   * d/control: Add Multi-Arch hints: libid3-3.8.3-dev as "same",
     libid3-doc as "foreign".
   * d/control: Set X-Doc-Main-Package for libid3-doc to silence the
     dh_installdocs main-package auto-detection warning.
   * d/rules: Modernise for compat 13. Build the API documentation via
     execute_after_dh_auto_build-indep instead of overriding the binary
     targets. Disable the now-default autoreconf and keep regenerating the
     build system manually without autoheader, which would otherwise fail on
     id3lib's old-style acconfig.h templates (ID3LIB_ICONV_*).
   * Add 65-fix-compiler-warnings.patch: fix -Wunused-result in
     field_binary.cpp (evaluate the fread() return value) and
     -Wwrite-strings in header_frame.cpp (const-qualify the textID pointer).
   * Add 66-do-not-build-bundled-zlib.patch: drop the unused bundled zlib
     from the build system. configure.in recursed into the ancient bundled
     zlib/configure unconditionally, which fails to configure with current
     toolchains; Debian always links the system zlib.
   * Drop unused patch 10-foo-with-configure.in.patch (was not in series).
   * d/watch: Switch to format version 4 and use https.
